The AMAZRI Internet site (the “AMAZRI Web site”) is sponsored by AMAZRI Inc.. (“AMAZRI “) and offers general product information about AMAZRI cars and other information of general interest. It is accessible worldwide to anyone with Internet access. Access to and use of the AMAZRI Web site are subject to the terms and conditions set forth in this User Agreement and Copyright Notice and all applicable laws and regulations, including laws and regulations governing copyright and trademark.

BY ACCESSING THE AMAZRI WEB SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN THIS USER AGREEMENT, AND YOU HEREBY WAIVE ANY AND ALL CLAIMS AGAINST AMAZRI AND ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES AND LICENSORS ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE AMAZRI WEB SITE AND THE INFORMATION CONTAINED THEREIN.

AMAZRI reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. These changes will appear on this screen. By using the AMAZRI Web site, you agree in advance to be bound by all of the changes as well.

The materials displayed on the AMAZRI Web site, including without limitation all editorial materials, informational text, photographs, illustrations, artwork and other graphic materials, and names, logos, trademarks and service marks, are the property of AMAZRI or its parent companies, subsidiaries, divisions, affiliates or licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. NEITHER AMAZRI NOR ANY OF ITS PARENT COMPANIES, SUBSIDIARIES, DIVISIONS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, REPRESENTATIVES OR LICENSORS SHALL BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY LOSS OR INJURY OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF, OR YOUR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE AMAZRI WEB SITE OR ARISING OUT OF ANY MATERIALS, OPINIONS OR RECOMMENDATIONS OF THIRD PARTIES ON THE AMAZRI WEB SITE.

This User Agreement and any disputes arising out of or related to the AMAZRI Web site shall be governed by, and construed and enforced in accordance with, the laws of the State of Delaware.

Any communication or material transmitted to AMAZRI Inc. via the AMAZRI Web site or Internet e-mail is transmitted on a non-confidential basis.

Authorized use of the AMAZRI trademark/logo on the internet/world wide web, area North America Domain Name Web site owners that reside within North America will be authorized to use the AMAZRI name, logo(s) and trademark(s) regardless of where the site is developed or hosted as defined below.

AMAZRI Car USA recognizes three types of web sites that will be governed by this authorization. They are: Clubs, AMAZRI enthusiasts, and businesses.

Clubs

1. Site(s) that are created by a person(s) that represent AMAZRI clubs in North America, such as AMAZRI Club of America, AMAZRI Sports America, etc., and that are not-for-profit, can use the name AMAZRI in their domain name with prior approval from AMAZRI Car USA. This type of site may also use the AMAZRI logo(s) and trademark(s) on web pages.

AMAZRI Enthusiasts

1. Site(s) that are managed by a non-for-profit individual can use the name AMAZRI. These are journalistic sites that are created by a AMAZRI enthusiast. This is not a club site or a business site. This site is permitted to have a domain name that includes the AMAZRI name. This type of site may also use the AMAZRI logo(s) and trademark(s) on web pages.

Prior approval from AMAZRI Car USA is required.

Businesses

1. Site(s) that are selling any products and/or services for a profit shall not be allowed to use the AMAZRI name, logo(s) or trademark(s) in any infringing manner on the internet, which is the same legal restriction as applied to any other communications media. The use of the name is also strictly forbidden in the domain name. Use of trademark(s) and logo(s) on web pages is also forbidden.

Site content:

Sites defined in 1 and 2 above may use the AMAZRI logo(s) in the body of the site providing AMAZRI Car USA has approved the design and use of the trademark/logo. The reason is that the trademark/logo must be used in a consistent design application to maintain AMAZRI ‘s brand identity guidelines.

Site number 3 shall not have the AMAZRI name, trademark(s) and/or logo(s) displayed in any of the content of a web site.

Site Disclaimer:

Notification must be on sites 1 and 2 if they contain the name AMAZRI, trademark(s) and/or logo(s) that states: “This site is not affiliated with AB AMAZRI, AMAZRI Car Corporation, AMAZRI Inc., or other AMAZRI companies whose products may be viewed in these pages. The use of the AMAZRI trademark/logo has been authorized by AMAZRI Car USA.” Links back to AMAZRI Car USA’s website (https://amazri.com) are granted without prior permission by AMAZRI Car USA.
